Where is your store located?
Can my cell phone be fixed if it has been exposed to water?
Yes. Most cell phones exposed to water can be repaired as long as it is not turned on, nor has it been charged after the incident. You should bring it to our store as soon as possible to assess the damage caused and if is not severe. We will do a deep cleaning with our ultrasound machine in order to get your device in working condition as soon as possible.
Can I drop off my device and pick it up the same day as it has been repaired?
Yes. Most repairs take approximately 30 minutes. Repairs that require more work will be carried out as quickly as possible within the term agreed with the customer.
Do you offer a warranty on repairs?
All repairs, with the exception of equipment with water damage, are guaranteed for 30 days as long as they do not present physical damage, humidity or dirt.
